Section 187(1)(f) in Madras Estates Land Act, 1908

(f)shall take away the right of [a ryot] [Substituted for the words 'an occupancy ryot' by section 106(i) of the Madras Estates Land (Amendment) Act, 1934 (Madras Act VIII of 1934).] to surrender his holding in accordance with section 149; or
