(2)Any difference or disagreement arising between the Syndicate and the Vice-Chancellor with regard to any decision taken by the Syndicate may be referred by the Vice-Chancellor to the Chancellor. The Chancellor shall refer back such decision to the Syndicate for reconsideration. In case the Syndicate endorses its earlier decision by a two-third majority, such decision shall be deemed to be final.
