Section 6(1) in The M.P. Tendu Patta (Vyapar Viniyaman) Niyamavali, 1966
(1)Every grower of tendu leaves other than the State Government shall, if the quantity of leaves grown by him during a year is likely to exceed one Standard bag, get himself registered under Section 10.
