Bombay Presidency - Subsection

Section 2(1)(e) in The Bombay Nursing Council (Reorganisation) Order, 1962.

(e)"existing Council" means the Bombay Nursing Council deemed to be established under Section 3A of the Act, and functioning and operating immediately before the appointed day in those areas of the States of Gujarat and Maharashtra to which the Act extends.
