Section 15(4) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(4)Every candidate shall abide by the instructions which the Board may issue from time to time regarding submission of application forms, admission to the examination hall and discipline during the examination, etc. Any breach of such instructions shall render a candidate liable for action under relevant rule.
