Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Mr. Nitesh Kumar Tripathi;
Respondent: Mr. Ajay Banerjee, PIO & Chief Manager on video conference from NIC-Pune Studio;
The PIO states that with respect to query-02 that the bank does not maintain the record of how many employees were given NOC for taking jobs elsewhere. He states that these go into the personal file of the employees and there is not tracking of the total numbers. However, the PIO states that he can provide the number of employees who have left in each year. The PIO is directed to provide the number of employees who left in each year to the Appellant.
As regards query-3 the Appellant states that there is a RBI guideline's that one third of the ATMs should be disabled friendly. Hence he states that if the PIO do not know how many are disabled friendly it would imply that the bank is not aware whether it is following the RBI guidelines in this matter. The PIO states that he will find out the exact number and provide it to the Appellant.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the information as directed above to the Appellant before 15 June 2012.
