Section 62 in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
62. Completion of courses of studies in colleges affiliated to the Bombay University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, or the Statutes and Ordinances made thereunder, any student of a college situate within the University Area and affiliated to the University of Bombay, who immediately before the date on which Section 5 came into force was studying or was eligible for any examination of the University of Bombay shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefor, and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the courses of studies of the University of Bombay.
