3A. [ Cessation of office of Chairman and members. [Inserted by Act 5 of 1994.]
- Notwithstanding anythings contrary contained in section 3, the present members including the Chairman of the Commission shall, with effect from the date of coming into force of Bihar State University (Constituent Colleges) Service Commission (Amendment) Act, 1993, cease to hold office.]
