(Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 11-08-2017 In view of the corrigendum issued vide Advertisement No. 110/2010, Annexure-2 in the record of C.W.J.C. Patna High Court LPA No.1379 of 2015 dt.11-08-2017 3/3 No. 21741 of 2013 and the fact that the corrigendum was issued specifically in view of the order dated 24.08.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12022 of 2010 with regard to such of the candidates in whose case the cut off date had the effect of rendering them overage participate for the process of selection, learned Writ Court has not committed any error in holding that the corrigendum which extended the cut off date was only meant for such candidate who was deprived of participating in the examination as the previous cut of date fixed which rendered them overage and not for any other purpose and the findings recorded by learned Writ Court, in our considered view strictly in view of the purpose of the corrigendum issued and there is no error in the same, warranting reconsideration.
With the aforesaid, the applications stands disposed of.
