135. Other officers.
- Other officers shall be appointed by the verbal or written order of the Chief of the Naval Staff, or the verbal or written order of any other of their superior officers duly authorised to appoint. These orders shall be signified to officers in such manner as the Chief of the Naval Staff may at any time think proper.
