1. Mr. Ajay Brahme, learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and accepts notice.
2. Challenge in the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is with respect to the order dated 26.04.2024 passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
3. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks some time to place on record certain additional documents. Meanwhile, upon query by the Court, both the sides are of the view that the matter can be amicably settled and they are not averse to the idea if the matter is referred to mediation.
4. Parties are, accordingly, referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The learned organizing Secretary of Delhi High Court CM(M) 2951/2024 1 This is a digitally signed order.
