Section 146(1) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(1)Every side-car attached to a motorcycle shall be so attached at the left hand side of the motorcycle, that the wheel thereof is not outside the perpendicular planes at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the motorcycle passing through the extreme projecting points in front and in the rear of the motorcycle.
