Section 11 in Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001
11. Notices, etc. to fix reasonable time.
- Where any notice, order or document issued or made under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder requires anything to be done for the doing of which no time is fixed in this Act or rule or regulations made thereunder the notice, order or other document shall specify a reasonable time for doing the same.
