(7)The final merit of the candidates shall be reckoned on the basis of final ranking obtained on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate in such of the mandatory training programme as may be prescribed by the Department of Personnel and Training and the marks obtained in the examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission in the ratio of 25:75 respectively.
