Section 2(1)(s) in Andhra Pradesh Brewery Rules, 2006

(s)"Maximum Retail Price" (MRP) means the price to be indicated by the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited or any other agency authorized by the Government for declaration on in each variety of Label by the Brewers as required under Section 39 of the Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 and as defined in clause (r) of Rule (2) of the Standards of Weights and Measures (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 1977;
