This writ petition was filed in the month of February, 2021 seeking a direction upon the respondents to include the name of the petitioners as well as other applicants in the voter list for the ensuing Panchayat elections.
As Panchayat elections 2021 have already been held and the petitioners would have a right to stake their claim as and when revision of the voter list next takes place or before the next election, we dispose off this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
