Section 92(1) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor appointed under this Act Jo make arrangements for constituting the Governing Council and other authorities of the University within six months from the date of commencement of this Act or such longer period not exceeding one year as the Government may, by notification direct.
