Section 7(2) in Jharkhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(2)For the purpose of determining requirement and for establishing neighbourhood schools, the State Government or the Local authority shall undertake school mapping and identify all children, including children in remote areas, children with disabilities, children belonging to disadvantaged group, children belonging to economically weaker sections and children referred to in section 4, within a period of one year from the specified date, and every year thereafter.
