(2)In addition to the sum of money paid by the State Government under section 26, the following shall be credited to the Fund, namely:-(a)aids, donations, gifts and loans raised by the Authority;(b)any sum of money received by the Authority by way of fees;(c)any other sum of money received by the Authority.
