Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. I am not inclined to interfere in the order passed by Commissioner, Devasthan Vighag. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the alternate remedy available to him under Rajasthan Public Trust Act.
