Section 40(1)(I) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004

(I)affecting the admission of students, or prescribing examinations to be recognised as equivalence to the University Examinations of the further qualifications mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 42 or admission to the degree or diploma courses of the University unless a draft of the same has been proposed by the Academic Council; or
