(1)Save as otherwise provided every salaried officer and teacher of the University shall be appointed under a written contract, and the conditions of service relating to them shall, as far as possible be uniform except in respect of salaries payable to them.(2)The contract shall be lodged with the Registrar and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the officer or teacher concerned.
