Section 50(1) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the members of the staff of the University shall be appointed by the University Governing Council. Except the officers under section 30, the appointment of non-teaching staff of the University shall be conducted through Kerala Public Service Commission.
