(6)An appeal against an order passed under sub-rule (4) may be made to the Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue or any other officer, not below the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India, authorised by him in this behalf, within thirty days from the date of communication of such order.
