Section 1 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.(3)It shall come into force at once.
