Section 11(1) in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
(1)In order to carry out the provisions of rules 9 and 10, and the periodical inspection to be assigned by the competent authority, the Government may, from time to time, specify the name of inspecting officer under such designation indicating the time and jurisdiction of such inspections.
