From the applications referred to in Rule 8 the Inspector-General of Police, Bihar, will prepare and send a consolidated statement showing the particulars of the Officers and the subjects in which they intend to appear, along with their applications, to the Secretary to the Committee latest by the 16th May/16th September for the first/second half-yearly examination.
