Section 205(a) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(a)the pressure plant and equipment-(i)are examined and tested by the competent person before being put into use for such work;(ii)is of proper design and construction, sound material and adequate strength to perform the work for which it is used;(iii)is properly maintained in good repairs and working condition.
