1 We have heard Mr Mukul Rohatgi and Mr Neeraj Kishan Kaul, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr Kapil Sibal, the learned senior counsel appearing for the subsequent transferee, namely, Greenscape IT Park LLP and Dr Abhishek Manu Singhvi, the learned senior counsel appearing for the original borrower. We have also heard Mr Raju Ramachandran, the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant-Bank in Miscellaneous Application Nos 600-601 of 2024.
2 At the end of the submissions, Mr Kapil Sibal, the learned senior counsel appearing for Greenscape IT Park LLP (the subsequent transferee), made a statement that his client would be unconditionally withdrawing the suit, bearing Civil Suit No 5 of 2024 pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Belapur, by filing an appropriate pursis in that regard.
