This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and
227 of Constitution of India praying to direct the
respondent to lay down guidelines in the event there is
any uncertainty about the future of the students,
including the portions for examination, dates of
examination, results, re-examination, etc and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary
Hearing - B Group, this day, the Court made the
following:-
ORDER
None appears for the petitioners.
2. The petitioners have sought for the following relief:
"a) Direct the Respondent to lay down guidelines in the event there is any uncertainty about the future of the students, including the portions for examination, dates of examination, results, re-examination, etc.
b) Direct the Respondent to safeguard the rights and interest of the students who have given the exam by declaring the results of the exam held in the academic year 2016-2017 along with the marks card.
c) Pass any order of consequential relief or any other appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity."14
3. The petitioners are not entitled for a direction unless there is a demand before the Competent Authority read with the legal/statutory right. That apart, petitioners' grievance is relating to policy decision of respondent No.1.
4. On perusal of the pleadings read with the prayer in the present petition, petitioners are not entitled for any direction to the concerned respondent.
5. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 on instructions submitted that respondent No.3 - Institution do not have approval for conducting courses in the Pharmacy.
6. If respondent No.3 had admitted the petitioners and others in the absence of approval for conducting Pharmacy course, petitioners are not entitled for any relief.

7. Even during pendency of the present petition, petitioners have not pointed out by producing any additional documents to establish that respondent No.3 - Institution has approval of the respondent No.1 to conduct the Pharmacy course.
8. Thus, the petitioners have not made out a case. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority by appropriate material by showing legal/statutory right or any executing Orders/Rules/Statute.
