Section 41(2) in The United Provinces Agriculturists Relief Act 1934
(2)Before making the rules under this section the [State Government] [ Substituted by the A.L.O. 1950 for "Provincial Government" which had been Substituted by the A.L.O. 1937 for "Local Government"] shall publish a draft of the same in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted for "Gazette" by the A.L.O. 1937] and shall concurrently cause a copy of the said draft to be sent to every member of the [Houses of the state Legislature] [ Substituted by the ALO 1950 for "Chambers of the Provincial Legislature" which had been Substituted by the A LO. 1937 for Local Government].
