Section 177(c) in The Delhi Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2002
(c)every chute -(i)is constructed of sound material, adequate strength and is suitable for the purpose it is intended for use;(ii)exceeding twelve metres in height is constructed in accordance with the design and drawings of a professional engineer for such construction and approval of the Chief Inspector of Inspections of Building and Construction or any other person authorised by him;
