107. Constitution of first Executive Council.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 27 from the date of commencement of this Act, until such time as the Executive Council constituted in accordance with the provisions of that section holds its first meeting, the Executive Council consisting of such members as the State Government may nominate, shall be deemed to be the Executive Council for the purposes of this Act.(2)The Registrar shall be the ex officio Secretary of the Executive Council, but shall not be deemed to be a member of the Executive Council.
