Section 134(c) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(c)"Primary Agricultural Credit Society" means a co-operative society as defined under clause (cciv) of Section 5 of Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (Act No. of 1949) and includes a Multi-purpose Co-operative Society;
