Section 57(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)The [Commissioner [@] [The words 'Committee' and 'it' substituted by S.R.O. 1360 dated 1.6.56.]] shall place before the Board at a meeting to be held in January each year a budget showing separately the probable receipts from the sale of stamps and the levy of the administrative charge and the expenditure which [he [@] [The words 'Committee' and 'it' substituted by S.R.O. 1360 dated 1.6.56.]] proposes to incur during the financial year commencing on the first of April next. The budget as approved by the Board shall be submitted for sanction to the Central Government before the 15th of February each year.
