438. Jail Guards to keep quarters clean and tidy, Inspection of their Quarters.
- Every Jail Guard shall be required always to keep his quarter and surroundings clean and tidy. The quarters shall be open for inspection by the superior officers, and such inspection shall be carried out in the presence of the Jail Guard concerned.
