Section 9(ii) in The Jharkhand Law Officers (Engagement) Rules, 2018
(ii)The posts of "Junior Counsels" attached to the Law Officers under the existing rules shall be re-designated as "Associate Counsels", however the terms and conditions of working and remuneration shall remain the same as prescribed by the State Government already. The conditions as well as remuneration payable shall however be subject to further revisions as per the decision of the State Government in future.
