- Whoever, without the permission of the committee, makes or causes to be made, or alters or causes to be altered, any drain leading into any of the sewer or drains vested in the committee shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than [two hundred fifty rupees] [Substituted for 'twenty five rupees' vide Haryana Act No. 14 of 2000.] and more than [two thousand rupees.] [Substituted for 'two hundred rupees' vide Haryana Act No. 14 of 2000.]
