1. The present application under Order IX Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking restoration of the present petition, i.e., W.P.(C) 7907/2017 to its original stage and number which was dismissed for non- prosecution vide order dated 9th October, 2023.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has no objection to the same.

3. For the sufficient cause being shown in the instant application as well as no objection on behalf of respondents, the same is allowed and the captioned petition i.e. W.P.(C) 7907/2017 is, thus, restored to its original stage and number.
