Section 22(1) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(1)The authority which made the order appealed against shall, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the appeal, transmit to the Zonal Manager every appeal which is not withheld under regulation 21 together with its comments thereon and the relevant records.
