- The Board may, at any time during the year, in respect of which a programme has been sanctioned under section 29, submit a supplementary programme and budget to the State Government and the provisions of [section 29] [These word and figures were substituted for the words and figures 'sections' 28, 29 and 30 by Gujarat 1 of 1973, section 24.] shall apply to such supplementary programme.
