The Forum may review its order suo motu, at any time on account of mistake or error apparent on the face of the record and on the application of any of the parties to the original proceedings within 30 days of the order on the following grounds :(i)Discovery of new and important matter or evidence which, after the exercise of due diligence was not within the knowledge of the person seeking the review or could not be produced by it at the time the order was made; or(ii)On account of improper interpretation of provisions of the Act/ Rules or Regulations/Codes notified by the Commission.(iii)Any other sufficient reason.
