Section 14(3)(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1996

(a)The Director Pension on receipt of Form 1 in respect of Government servants who apply for commutation while in service under Rule 12 (3) from the Head of Office, shall ascertain and verify if the amount of superannuation pension of the applicant has been calculated and if not, take steps to finalize the amount of pension so that the pension payment order is issued before one month of the date of retirement of the applicant.
