Section 21(2) in The Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973
(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the competent authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order made thereunder.
