Section 17 in The Punjab Fruit Nurserues Act, 1961
17. Protection of persons acting in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other illegal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
