(3)[ Every budget as accepted by the market committee shall be submitted to the Board within the twentieth day of December in each year and the Board shall, within the twentieth day of January of the following year, either sanction the Budget as accepted by the market committee and communicate necessary intimation in this behalf to the market committee or return it to the market committee for making such modifications therein as the Board may deem fit to specify.] [Substituted by the West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1978, section 17(a).]
