68B. Delegation of powers by the Central License Approving Authority.
- The Central License Approving Authority may with the approval of the Central Government, by notification delegate his powers of signing licenses and any other power under the rules to any person under his control having same qualifications as prescribed for controlling authority under rule 50-A for such areas and for such periods as may be specified.]
