Section 4(a) in The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Correct Minutes of the Meetings of the Board) Rules, 1954
(a)An extraordinary meeting of the Board of which fifteen days' notice shall be given may be summoned by the President at any time on a written requisition signed by not less than ten members of the Board.
