	Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue new patta by changing the Survey No.12/2 to an extent of 20 cents instead of Survey number 13/2 to an extent of 9 cents corresponding to existing Patta No.22 in respect of the property situated at Semmanatham Village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District based on my representation dated 20.07.2016 forthwith.

O R D E R 

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue new patta by changing the Survey No.12/2 to an extent of 20 cents instead of Survey number 13/2 to an extent of 9 cents corresponding to existing Patta No.22 in respect of the property situated at Semmanatham Village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District based on the representation dated 20.07.2016 forthwith.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that appropriate direction may be issued to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
