Section 2(j) in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010
(j)"recognized Para-veterinary qualifications" means a degree, diploma or certificate in any Para-veterinary qualifications, granted by any University established bylaw or any other institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf;
